New Delhi: Former Captain of Indian Football Team Baichung Bhutia in his latest tweet has said that he is ready to offer training to reformed Lashkar-e-Taiba militant Majid Khan.
Khan, a football player returned back from militancy yesterday when he surrendered before government forces.
“I felt concerned reading this news and hence I have spoken to J&K Football Association President to Reach out to him and convey my offer that he can train with @BBFSchools in Delhi which will give him an opportunity at becoming a pro footballer. I hope #Majid accepts my offer,” Bhutia wrote on his twitter handle.
“Once you start kicking the ball again, you never know, your lives may just kick-off again. We want Majid to come back to normal life at the earliest,” Bhutia ended. (CNS)
